The Menuflow KDS application is a kitchen display system used by restaurants and hospitality operators to receive, view, manage, and complete kitchen orders in real time.

Menuflow is a product and brand operated by OrderStation, LLC.

In this Privacy Policy, references to “Menuflow”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to OrderStation, LLC and its products and services.

2. Information We Collect

The Menuflow KDS Android application does not collect personal data from end users.

The application functions as a display terminal, order data and operational information shown on the app originate from the merchant’s Menuflow account and are processed by the Menuflow platform servers.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and support the Menuflow KDS service.

Source of the data

Most operational data displayed in Menuflow KDS is supplied by the merchant’s Menuflow account and related services. It is generally business data used to operate food preparation workflows and is not collected directly from consumers through the KDS app itself.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

Menuflow KDS is not designed to collect unnecessary personal information.

• We do not collect payment card or bank card details through the KDS app.
• We do not collect contacts, call logs, or SMS data.
• We do not collect photos, videos, or files from the device.
• We do not use microphone or audio recording features.
• We do not use precise location tracking.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• identify and activate authorized KDS terminals;
• deliver and synchronize ticket and order data;
• maintain connectivity with Menuflow services;
• support kitchen workflow features and status updates;
• monitor reliability, diagnose faults, and improve service stability;
• provide technical support to merchants and authorized operators;
• protect the service against misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.

Where Menuflow KDS is used by a merchant, some requests may need to be directed first to the merchant organization that controls the relevant operational data.

Menuflow KDS is a business application intended for restaurant and hospitality operations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
